This is such a timely and helpful post! I've been struggling with the Berlin heat and your tips are spot on. The loose-fitting clothes and natural fabrics make a huge difference. It's interesting how the lack of AC really forces you to be more mindful about your clothing choices.

I've also noticed that it's not just the heat, but the sun itself feels incredibly intense here. I recently came across a fascinating blog post that explains why the German sun can feel so strong. Thanks for reading! I never thought about it before, but I think the sun does feel more intense here. Maybe it's because we don't see it very much in the winter! :-)
